We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Busser to join our hospitality team. The Busser plays an important role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. This position supports servers and kitchen staff by clearing and resetting tables, assisting with food service when needed, and helping ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate is team oriented, attentive to detail, and able to work efficiently during busy service periods. They are able to handle the physical capabilities of working between two floors.

Responsibilities

- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently for the next guests
- Assist servers by delivering water, tea, food items,



and other table necessities when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations
- Refill water stations and assist with beverage service when required
- Help organize and restock plates, utensils, napkins, and other service supplies
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the dishwashing and service areas
- Support the front of house team during busy service periods
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Able to do stairs and consistantly carrying trays and tablewear

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality workplace is an asset but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and self motivation
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Attention to cleanliness and organization
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist the team when needed
- Weekend availability required
