As one of Canada’s fastest-growing home service companies, Home Service Solutions is seeking a call center representative to help facilitate the growth of our team. This role is for people who enjoy speaking with customers, are comfortable with outbound sales, and are proficient with computers, admin duties, and data entry.

Our Call Centre Representatives answer inbound calls to assist with questions or requests from clients. They also make a large amount of outbound sales calls daily. The right representitive will help resolve any problems the customer or fellow teammates may have.

Our call center reps also need to have experience with excel and a general understanding of how to naviagte basic company CRM's. As a voice of the company you would need to have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast pace enviroment.

What Does The Call Centre Representative do?

- Sell services over the phone
- Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, in-person, social media
- Resolve customer problems and complaints
- Respond to questions
- Receive payments
- Setup and resolve problems with customer accounts
- Handle inquiries about services
- Verify customers through our CRM
- Direct unresolved issues to a different department if needed




- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments
- Provide customers with information on any open orders and invoices
- Maintain customer database
- Follow company processes accurately and efficiently
- Scheduling installations
- Administrative tasks using excel and other software programs

Education, Experience, and Language:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Call center experience
