About The NALP Foundation and NALP have released their joint study, Law School Alumni Employment & Satisfaction for the Class of 2020, their seventh such report focusing on Canadian law schools. The survey includes information about early career attorneys three years out from graduation, along with data on first-generation graduates, educational debt, mobility, and the impact of experiential education on career satisfaction with insightful narrative responses from study participants. In addition to continued queries about Professional Identity Formation, recent questions were added this year to address: Number of required in office days
Leadership transparency and communication This year’s study reflects data collected from 166 graduates of 4 Canadian law schools. Data collection took place between November 2023 and January 2024.
