Ferrero Canada is seeking a Canada BU People Business Partner based in Toronto to lead employee relations, HR policy implementation, performance management, recruitment, onboarding and development. The role reports to the Canada BU and partners with the local Leadership Team, with strategic autonomy and one direct report.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years as a People Business Partner, a HR degree (CHRL preferred), and experience in a consumer goods setting.
