Duties

- Supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Schedule staff shifts, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize productivity
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure safety and functionality
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and promote a positive experience for every visitor
- Implement cleaning protocols to uphold hygiene standards across all areas of the car wash




- Manage inventory of supplies and cleaning products to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

- Proven experience in cleaning or maintenance roles with leadership responsibilities preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to lead a team, motivate staff, and foster a collaborative work environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and operations
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual cleaning tasks as needed
