In this role, you’ll guide customers through the car-buying process, build lasting relationships, and represent a trusted local brand known for honesty and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and financing options
- Negotiate pricing and close sales in a professional manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
- Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on inventory and promotions




- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Skills

- Previous automotive or retail sales experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong motivation to achieve goals and earn commission
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
