Job Summary

Location: 950 Seaborne Avenue, Port Coquitlam

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Caretaker/Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cimmercial kitchen space. The ideal candidate will perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming enviornment. This role is essential in supporting the overall upkeep and smooth operation of our premises, contributing to a qualified and hygienic setting.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of including kitchen, appliances, and bathrooms
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Follow established safety protocols during cleaning and maintenance activities
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures
- Monitor supply levels and notify management when replenishments are needed
- Ensure all areas are sanitized regularly to promote health and safety standards
- Maintain a clean,



organized work environment to facilitate efficient operations

Requirements

- Prior experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality work
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Good organizational skills and reliability in completing assigned duties on time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures is advantageous
- Must be punctual, responsible, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and upkeep

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
