Duties

- Provide case management services to individuals and families in need
- Conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate service plans
- Coordinate and monitor the delivery of services to ensure client needs are met
- Collaborate with community resources and agencies to provide comprehensive support
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary services
- Conduct crisis intervention and provide emotional support to clients in distress
- Assist clients in accessing addiction counseling and other mental health services
- Supervise and monitor client progress towards goals
- Provide workforce development support, including job search assistance and resume building
- Assist clients in navigating government programs such as Medicare, Section 8, and other social welfare programs

Skills:
- Crisis management: Ability to effectively respond to and manage crisis situations
- Addiction counseling: Knowledge of addiction treatment principles and ability to provide counseling support
- Supervising: Experience in supervising and monitoring client progress towards goals
- Social work: Understanding of social work principles and ability to apply them in practice
- Child welfare:



Knowledge of child welfare systems and ability to advocate for children's rights and well-being
- Workforce development: Familiarity with workforce development programs and ability to provide job search assistance
- Medicare: Understanding of Medicare programs and ability to assist clients in navigating them
- Mentoring: Ability to provide guidance, support, and mentorship to clients
- Section 8: Knowledge of Section 8 housing program and ability to assist clients in accessing housing resources
- Crisis intervention: Ability to provide immediate support and intervention during crisis situations
