- Maintain detailed records of transactions and customer interactions to ensure transparency and accountability
- Support food service or hospitality-related inquiries when applicable, demonstrating knowledge of products or services offered




- Follow all safety protocols related to cash handling and customer data protection to uphold security standards

Experience

- Prior experience working with children is a plus, showcasing patience and effective communication skills
- Strong public speaking abilities to confidently engage with customers and present information clearly
- Proven background in customer service or guest services roles, demonstrating a commitment to positive interactions
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately in retail, food service, or hospitality settings
- Familiarity with food service operations or hospitality environments enhances ability to manage diverse customer needs
- Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude to resolve issues swiftly and effectively
