- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and digital payments
- Manage cash register operations, including balancing cash drawers and processing refunds or exchanges
- Conduct product demos when applicable to showcase features and benefits to customers
- Upsell complementary products or services to maximize sales opportunities in a friendly manner
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction




- Demonstrate excellent communication skills via in-person interactions and phone etiquette when assisting customers remotely
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently without compromising service quality
- Support team members with inventory management tasks and assist in store organization as needed

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual fluency are highly valued to connect with a diverse customer base
- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles with a focus on technical or product-related environments
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating change swiftly
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising principles
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while highlighting key features and benefits
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Time management skills to prioritize responsibilities during peak hours
- Professional phone etiquette for remote assistance or follow-up inquiries
- Experience in upselling techniques to increase sales volume effectively
