Olde World Fudge is a specialty confectionery shop known for handcrafted fudge and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a friendly, reliable team member who enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

● Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.

● Process purchases using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

● Package fudge, chocolates, and other confectionery products.

● Restock merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.

● Keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked.

● Answer customer questions and recommend products.

● Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

● Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Qualifications

● Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.

● Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

● Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

● Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
