We are a skilled property management company looking for a reliable local person to provide occasional on-site leasing and turnover support at a 20-unit apartment building in Esquimalt.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for flexible, occasional work who lives in or near Esquimalt/Victoria.

The Role

Our property management office handles the administrative side of leasing, including:

- Advertising vacant suites
- Application processing and tenant screening
- Tenant approvals
- Lease preparation

We need a dependable boots-on-the-ground representative to attend the property when required.

Your responsibilities will include

- Showing vacant suites to prospective tenants
- Providing friendly and professional tours of the property
- Coordinating showing times with prospective tenants provided by our office
- Conducting move-in and move-out condition inspections
- Taking explicit photos and documenting suite condition
- Meeting new tenants for key handover
- Communicating showing feedback and completed documentation to our office

Compensation This position is paid on a flat-fee basis with a mileage reimbursement.

$600 per successfully leased unit





Includes conducting the showings required to secure an approved tenant and completing the new tenant's move-in inspection/key handover.

$100 per move-out inspection

Includes completing the condition inspection, taking clear photos and submitting the required documentation to our office.

There is no guaranteed monthly income. Some months may have no vacancies or turnover, while other months may have multiple opportunities.

We currently have two vacant suites and are looking for someone who can begin immediately.

Who We're Looking For

Property management experience is an asset but isn't essential. We're primarily looking for someone who is:

- Extremely reliable and punctual
- Friendly, personable and professional
- Comfortable meeting prospective and new tenants
- Detail-oriented when completing inspections
- Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, texts and email
- Able to work independently
- Available for evening or weekend showings
- Located in or close to Esquimalt/Victoria

Experience in property management, leasing, real estate, hospitality or customer service would be an asset as this role can lead to more opportunities. Pay: From $700.00 per month
