About The Role We're looking for a Cellar Tech to help produce consistently outstanding beverages by safely and efficiently carrying out cellar operations throughout fermentation, conditioning, and finishing.

This is a hands-on production role where you'll work closely with Brewing, QA/QC, and Packaging to prepare beverage for packaging while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.

What You'll Do

Execute cellar operations including

- Product transfers
- Clean-in-Place (CIP) procedures
- Dry hopping
- Blending
- Carbonation
- Dealcoholization
- Centrifuge operation
- Aldox operation and cleaning

And...
- Monitor carbonation and dissolved oxygen (DO) levels and communicate tank readiness to QA/QC.
- Complete cleaning and sanitation activities according to the Master Cleaning Schedule (MCS).
- Perform routine inspections of cellar equipment and report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate production records, batch tracking, and task completion within Ekos.
- Monitor inventory of cellar chemicals, PPE, and consumables, communicating replenishment needs.
- Maintain accurate chemical usage records while following safe handling and storage procedures.
- Work collaboratively with Brewing, Packaging, QA/QC, and Maintenance to keep production flowing efficiently.
- Identify and communicate process deviations or quality concerns quickly.




- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety standards, and workplace safety requirements.
- Jump in wherever needed to support the production team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements

- Comfortable working around chemicals, pressurized vessels, and production equipment
- Able to safely perform the physical demands of a production environment, including, the ability to move up to 25 kg (55 lbs.) repeatedly, moving throughout the facility (including stairs), performing tasks low to the ground and overhead.
- Willingness to work in wet, noisy, and variable temperature environments.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE and following all safety procedures.

Nice to Have

- Previous brewery, food manufacturing,



beverage production, or manufacturing experience.
- Experience operating production equipment.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience using production software such as Ekos.
