Seeking qualified Sonographers to deliver high-quality ultrasound imaging across acute care settings in Northern BC, ensuring patient safety, accuracy, and clinical excellence in diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures as per physician orders
- Ensure patient safety, positioning, and imaging quality
- Review requisitions, patient ID, and clinical history
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in imaging systems
- Follow infection control and regulatory standards

Requirements ✔ Accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program

✔ Registered with Sonography Canada / BC regulatory body





✔ Experience preferred ( new grads considered )

✔ Strong knowledge of ultrasound protocols & patient care

✔ Excellent communication and adaptability

✔ Ability to work in fast-paced/rural settings

Position Details

- Pay: CAD $50–$60/hour
- Schedule: Full-time, 80 hours bi-weekly
- Travel: Covered (travel + accommodation + travel time pay)
- Shift: As per facility needs
