RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE MUHC The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is a world-renowned biomedical and hospital research centre. Located in Montreal, Quebec, the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. Position Summary Department / Research Program: MUHC Vaccine Study Centre The Clinical Research Coordinator – Nurse is responsible for supporting the successful conduct of clinical research studies. The incumbent will collaborate with investigators and health care teams to assume responsibility for the overall patient management and coordination of several clinical studies for the MUHC Vaccine study centre.

General Duties

Follow-up and assess participants for adverse events, health issues ,

Data entry,

Monitor research charts for accuracy,

Stay updated on vaccines and all study protocols, drugs, manuals. Standards of performance Respects policies and procedures ,

Demonstrates good listening, good interpersonal and communication skills ,

Takes initiative and is resourceful ,

Ability to multitask ,

Responds to others in a professional and courteous manner ,

An intermediate knowledge of oral and written English is required, as the position requires regular contact, as well as processing specific information, with patients who are exclusively proficient in English.

Ability to collaborate with a team.

Must be detail-oriented.

Additional information Status : Temporary Occasional Pay Scale: Commensurate with education and work expérience.
