We are seeking a skilled and reliable Metal Cladding and ACM Panel Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing various construction-related components, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
The Installer will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality results for our clients and maintaining the integrity of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Install building components such as fixtures, panels, and structural elements according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and installation instructions
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations
- Perform caulking and sealing to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation processes
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet project deadlines
- Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment used during installations
Experience
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman work preferred
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams accurately
- Prior experience with caulking, sealing, and finishing work is a plus
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for site travel or material transport
