Join a Growing Winnipeg Property Management Team A large and established Winnipeg property management company is looking for a dependable and experienced Residential Cleaner to join its team.

We manage a large portfolio of apartment communities across Winnipeg and take pride in keeping our buildings clean, safe and welcoming for residents.

This is a good fit for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in a job well done and notices the little details others may miss. You should be comfortable travelling between different properties during the workday and managing your time without constant supervision.

A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are required for this position. Applicants without access to a vehicle will not be considered.

What You Will Be Doing Under the direction of the Property Manager, you will help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of apartment buildings and rental suites.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Cleaning vacant and occupied apartment suites as assigned
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning hallways, stairwells and other common areas
- Washing windows, walls, doors and other surfaces
- Dusting ledges, fixtures and common-area surfaces




- Cleaning light fixtures and wiping down mailboxes
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and appliances when required
- Removing litter from building grounds and outdoor areas
- Cleaning up animal waste when necessary
- Helping move, pull or push light furniture when required
- Reporting maintenance, safety or cleanliness concerns
- Completing assigned work safely and professionally
- Following company cleaning standards and workplace safety procedures
- Completing other cleaning duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

- At least two years of residential, apartment, hotel or commercial cleaning experience
- A high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- The ability to travel between multiple Winnipeg properties
- Strong attention to detail
- Valuable organization and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently and stay productive
- The ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- A professional and respectful approach when dealing with residents, visitors, contractors and coworkers
- Comfort using a smartphone for texting, email and basic work updates
- A dependable work history and strong attendance

Physical Requirements This is an active and physical position. Candidates must be able to:

- Bend, kneel, stretch and reach
- Sweep, mop and shovel when required




- Climb stairs throughout the workday
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Push, pull or move furniture when necessary
- Remain active and on their feet for extended periods
