We at M2 Property Services, are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role requires robust attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

This is a paid-per-job role, you are responsible for your own transport to job sites, and supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in commercial or residential settings
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and custodial equipment to complete cleaning duties effectively
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the safety and functionality of the environment
- Operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely while adhering to company standards
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning schedules within designated timeframes
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding cleaning needs or safety concerns
- Handle heavy lifting of supplies or equipment when necessary to support cleaning operations




- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the work area

Qualifications

- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred; familiarity with facilities maintenance is a plus
- Knowledge of using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for moving supplies or equipment
- Good communication skills to report issues or safety hazards promptly
- Reliable work ethic with a focus on attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable Transportation to job sites (ie. car)
- Cleaning Equipment
