Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming setting for clients and staff alike. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be reliable, and have a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and excellent customer service are highly valued.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces across various facilities
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for specialized cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and other custodial machinery safely and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas according to established standards




- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning duties within scheduled shifts
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored properly and maintained in good condition
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests from clients or staff

Skills

- Proven experience with commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred (experience with facilities maintenance is a plus)
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools for cleaning or minor repairs
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shifts
- Positive communication skills for interacting professionally with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe, hygienic environment

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour
