Role Overview The Client Care Specialist plays an important role in supporting the client experience and day-to-day flow of care at OCD North.

This role combines compassionate communication with strong coordination and follow-through. You help create the clarity, responsiveness, and structure that allows clients to feel supported from their first contact with the Clinic onward.

You are often one of the first people a client connects with. Your work helps ensure each person feels welcomed, informed, and guided through next steps with care and professionalism.

Who We Are

OCD North is a specialized OCD clinic providing evidence-based treatment with compassion, expertise, and clarity. We help children, teens, adults, and families access OCD-specific care in a way that feels warm, supportive, and grounded in proven treatment approaches, including Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP).

Core Purpose of The Role To support the client journey with warmth, clarity, and consistency, especially during inquiry, intake, onboarding, and ongoing communication. Your work helps people access care smoothly, feel supported from the start, and stay connected to the practice with confidence.

By creating a strong first impression and helping client-facing processes run smoothly, you play an important role in both quality care and the continued growth of the Clinic.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recent client intake and onboarding

- Respond to new client inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and care
- Guide prospective clients through inquiry, intake, and booking
- Help current clients understand services, next steps, and what to expect
- Support consultation scheduling and onboarding processes
- Follow up with prospective clients in a timely and organized manner

1. Client communication and support

- Support current clients with scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination
- Help clients feel informed, respected, and supported at every stage of their experience
- Respond clearly and calmly to questions, concerns, and requests
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for client-related communication

1. Scheduling and coordination

- Coordinate appointments thoughtfully and accurately
- Help maintain smooth scheduling across therapists, services, and client needs
- Anticipate and help resolve scheduling issues proactively
- Support the flow of information between clients and the clinical team

1. Administration and organization

- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and administrative systems
- Support intake forms, confirmations, follow-ups, and related processes
- Keep workflows organized and up to date
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and care

- Contribute to a calm,



consistent, and well-organized client experience
- Help reduce friction in day-to-day processes that affect client care
- Support the team in maintaining strong communication and continuity
- Notice opportunities to improve systems and client experience over time

Preferred experience

- Experience in a mental health, healthcare, or private practice setting
- Familiarity with onboarding, appointment scheduling, or client support processes
- Experience supporting both in-person and virtual services

Hours and Compensation

This role is a full-time position with flexibility for in-person and remote work, depending on the needs of the practice, the candidate’s location, and fit.

Compensation for this role starts between $18-20/hour, with an opportunity to progress to a salaried position within three months.



This position offers significant earning potential tied to performance-based targets.
