As part of our continued growth, we are expanding into medical aesthetics with the launch of our Cosmetic Clinic, offering non-surgical cosmetic treatments in a professional, patient-focused environment.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of both our Optometry & Optical Clinic and Cosmetic Clinic. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

The successful candidate will lead clinic operations, manage staff, drive business growth, develop and execute marketing strategies, and ensure an exceptional patient experience across both clinics.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare, aesthetics, retail, or clinic management who is passionate about leadership, marketing, sales, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of both clinics.

Recruit, train, coach, and manage clinic staff.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase patient acquisition and brand awareness.





Convert leads into booked consultations, treatments, and retail sales.

Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities for business growth.

Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Manage retail inventory, merchandising, and product performance.

Ensure an exceptional patient experience from the first inquiry through follow-up care.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales performance, and operational efficiency.

Implement processes that improve productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of management experience in healthcare, medical, dental, optical, aesthetics, or retail.

Proven experience in marketing, business development, and lead conversion.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience managing vendors, retail products, and inventory.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Additional languages, particularly Farsi/Persian, are considered an asset.
