Role: Cloud Solution Architect

Location: Toronto, ON

Work Mode: Hybrid

Type: Full Time Permanent

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and design modern frontend applications using industry-standard frameworks and best practices.
- Define and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms across applications.
- Lead the design and implementation of cloud security controls including identity and access management.
- Architect solutions involving MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), SSO (Single Sign-On), and token-based security models.
- Design and secure API ecosystems and integrations across enterprise systems.
- Provide guidance on tokenization strategies (OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, security, DevOps) to ensure secure, scalable implementations.
- Conduct security reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and best practices.




- Mentor development teams on secure coding and frontend architecture principles.

Required Skills & Experience
- Solid experience in frontend technologies (Angular, React, or similar frameworks).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and cloud-native architecture.
- Hands-on experience with:

o Authentication & Authorization frameworks o SSO and Identity Federation o MFA implementation
- Expertise in security protocols and standards:

o OAuth 2.0

o OpenID Connect o SAML o JWT token-based authentication

- Experience in API design, security, and integrations (REST, API Gateway, etc.).
- Solid understanding of tokenization and data protection techniques.
- Knowledge of secure application design and DevSecOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
