If you are a skilled CNC Machine operator looking for an opportunity to grow, Bruin has an exciting opportunity for you based in Edmonton, Alberta. This role will be responsible for the precision machining of parts for Bruin Instruments manufacturing facility.

AS A MACHINE OPERATOR YOU WILL:

- Be responsible for personal safety and for the safety of others. Must maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
- Set-up, indicate, and machine raw material (bar stock, forgings, and castings) to manufacture Bruin Pump parts to OEM print dimensions.
- Cross-train on all machines to prevent lapse in production flow including but not limited to CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, manual mill, Manual Lathe, horizontal bandsaws, and other manual tools
- Read and interpret engineered drawings, maintain tolerance and finishes as required by drawing specifications.
- Able to set and adjust work/tool offsets with minimal supervision.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must understand material hardness,



cutting tools, speeds and feeds, coolant requirements and machining techniques.
- Adherence to all safety, quality, and environmental rules and regulations.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- High school level education or equivalent
- Has a minimum of 2 years of CNC Experience
- Forklift experience
- Operation of multiple machines
- Upkeep of machines

Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Wage will be based on experience
