CNC Lathe Machinist (Setup/Operator)

We specialize in machining downhole tools, completion tools, wellhead components, and wireline parts for the oil and gas industry. We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced CNC Lathe Machinist (Setup/Operator) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and self-motivated machinist who can independently set up and operate CNC lathes, interpret technical drawings, and consistently produce components that meet required specifications and quality standards. Compensation is competitive and will be based on experience, skills, and machining knowledge.

Job Details

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Overtime: Available as required
- Experience Required: Minimum of 10 years of CNC machining experience, including machine setup and operation

Qualifications

- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a CNC Machinist operating CNC lathes.
- Proven ability to independently set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment in a production environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Fanuc control systems.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments to inspect and verify finished parts.
- Solid understanding of machining processes,



tooling, and secure operating procedures.
- Forklift certification or previous forklift experience is considered an asset.
- Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, safety, and maintaining an organized work area.
