Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Machine Operator and become a vital part of producing high-quality precision components. You'll operate a CNC 3-axis vertical mill, ensuring efficient production while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Set up, select correct program, and operate a 3-axis vertical mill with ATC.
- Perform routine machine adjustments and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize Fanuc controls to execute exact machining operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Document production activities, quality checks, and machine maintenance logs.

Requirements

- Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines in a manufacturing environment.




- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Ability to use hand tools like calipers, basic math skills for measurements, and perform quality inspections effectively.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
