Overview
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Operator specializing in office furniture production! In this energetic role, you will operate and oversee CNC machinery to craft high-quality office furniture components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional products that meet our standards for craftsmanship and durability.

Duties
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and press brake machines to produce office furniture parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files to ensure accurate machining.
- Utilize CNC programming skills, including Fanuc controls and other PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems, to optimize machine performance.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to maintain peak operation.
- Conduct quality control checks using calipers, hand tools, and other measuring devices to verify dimensions and adherence to specifications.
- Assist in assembly processes when needed, ensuring finished components meet quality standards before packaging.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in the warehouse or manufacturing floor, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or press brake machines within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages and systems like Fanuc controls.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files; familiarity with SolidWorks is a plus.
- Mechanical aptitude with understanding of machining processes, welding techniques, and basic math skills for measurements.
- Experience with blueprint reading, quality control procedures, and using calipers or other precision measuring tools.
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is advantageous but not mandatory; certification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and ability to work with hand tools and small machinery confidently.
