About The Role Davidson & Company is seeking a Co-op student to join our Private Enterprise & Tax practice for a four or eight-month period starting January 2027.

Your responsibilities as a Co-op student, working in the Private Enterprise and Tax practice will include:

- Develop technical skills in compilations, reviews, bookkeeping, and tax for privately held companies in various industries.
- Prepare tax returns and compute taxes owing for corporate, personal, and other tax returns, applying knowledge of ASPE and related legislation.
- Develop and apply knowledge of the Canadian Income Tax Act and corporate tax compliance, preparing tax returns and computing taxes for various entities.
- Utilize various tools and software throughout tax engagements, collaborating with the engagement team to build robust relationships.

What You’ll Bring to the Table
- You are currently working towards completion of the prerequisites for admission into the CPA PEP with the intention to pursue the CPA designation are preferred
- Previous accounting related office experience is considered an asset




- Customer service and/or client service experience is considered an asset

Let’s Talk Numbers We believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to compensation. For this role, the annual salary is $50,000 depending on your experience and what you bring to the table.
