: Café All-Rounder Position

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Café All-Rounder to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing food and beverages, making high-quality coffee, pouring wine and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present food to a high standard, following recipes
- Prepare a variety of espresso-based coffees, teas, and other beverages with consistency and quality.
- Provide professional table service, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables.
- Serve wine and alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with licensing regulations.
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately process customer payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, dining area, coffee station, and kitchen.
- Replenish stock, monitor inventory levels, and assist with stock rotation.
- Follow food hygiene, health and safety, and workplace policies at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.

Skills & Experience




- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Experience preparing espresso coffee using commercial coffee equipment.
- Food preparation experience
- Experience providing table service and serving alcoholic beverages is desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends

Pay: $16.00-$16.50 per hour
