Commercial Railing Installer – Tower Experience Required

Position: Commercial Railing Installer

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Railing Installer with proven experience working on high rise railing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing aluminum, glass, and other architectural railing systems on commercial and multi-residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities

- Install aluminum and glass railing systems on commercial and high-rise buildings.
- Perform railing installation on balconies, terraces, stairs, rooftops, and other elevated areas.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and installation details.
- Accurately measure, lay out, drill, anchor, level, and secure railing components.
- Install posts, top rails, handrails, pickets, brackets, base plates, and glass panels.
- Work safely from balconies, scaffolding, swing stages, and other approved elevated work platforms as required.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades.
- Identify site conditions or installation issues and communicate them to the supervisor.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.




- Maintain high standards of workmanship, alignment, finishing, and quality.
- Follow all company and construction-site safety procedures.

Requirements
- Previous railing installation experience is required.
- High-rise/tower construction experience is mandatory.
- Experience installing aluminum and glass railing systems is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable and experienced working at heights.
- Ability to read construction drawings and take accurate measurements.
- Knowledge of anchors, fasteners, drilling, leveling, and installation methods used for commercial railing systems.
- Ability to safely handle railing components and glass panels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an installation crew.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work on active commercial construction sites.
- Must comply with all applicable fall-protection and site-safety requirements.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
