Supervisor

Key Duties:

- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of commercial cleaners, providing guidance, motivation, and on-site training to ensure service excellence.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of client sites to ensure cleaning tasks meet Jani-King’s high standards and sanitation protocols.
- Operational Oversight: Coordinate staff schedules, assign tasks, and ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and maintained.
- Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact for clients to address concerns and ensure total satisfaction with our services.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all team members follow safety procedures, including the proper use of chemicals and equipment.
- Reporting: Communicate regularly with management regarding team performance, site updates, and any operational needs.

Requirements:

- Experience:



Previous experience in a supervisory or lead hand role is preferred; experience in commercial cleaning or facilities management is a strong asset.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and handle conflict professionally.
- Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for cleanliness and the ability to maintain rigorous quality standards.
- Communication: Solid verbal and written communication skills to interact with both staff and clients.
- Reliability: Excellent time management skills and a dependable work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to be on your feet and assist with cleaning tasks when necessary to lead by example.
