Commercial Cleaner – Sundays | Permanent Part-Time

We are looking for a reliable and consistent commercial cleaner for a permanent Sunday position in the East York area.

This is a recurring commercial cleaning assignment with an established scope of work. The successful candidate should be dependable, comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team, and able to maintain consistent cleaning standards.

Schedule

- Sundays only
- Start time approximately 10:30 AM
- Main commercial location cleaned every Sunday
- Nearby secondary location cleaned every other Sunday
- Approximately 3–4 hours depending on the week
- Consistent Sunday attendance is required

Pay

- $100 per Sunday
- Paid biweekly
- Fixed compensation covers the complete responsibilities of the position, including required travel when servicing the secondary location

Responsibilities

- General commercial janitorial cleaning
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping
- Dusting and surface cleaning
- Garbage removal
- Washroom and common-area cleaning
- Following established cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Monitoring supplies and reporting low inventory
- Laundering reusable microfiber cloths approximately every two weeks
- Reporting cleaning, maintenance or site-related issues when necessary
- Completing the nearby secondary location every other Sunday

This is a permanent, long-term Sunday position. The main location is serviced weekly, while the secondary location and microfiber laundering are required approximately every two weeks. All listed responsibilities form part of the position. Pay: $22.22-$33.33 per hour
