What You’ll Do

- Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing commercial insurance professionals.
- Build and expand successful commercial insurance teams across British Columbia and Canada.
- Travel to support offices, producers, and clients.
- Develop growth strategies for commercial insurance divisions.
- Coach producers on sales, relationship management, and business development.
- Create a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous learning.
- Build strong relationships with insurers and underwriting partners.
- Know where to find the industry’s best experts in every commercial line, including:
- Construction
- Manufacturing
- Forestry
- Marine
- Transportation
- Hospitality
- Real Estate
- Professional Liability

- Environmental

- Directors & Officers
