At Clearcare Facility Services, we believe clean buildings help people work better. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to join us in maintaining a skilled automotive dealership in Burlington.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys seeing immediate results from their work, takes pride in producing spotless floors, and can work independently while following a structured cleaning routine.
What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces throughout the dealership.
- Vacuum carpets and entrance mats as required.
- Operate commercial floor cleaning equipment and follow established cleaning procedures.
- Complete a structured nightly cleaning schedule.
- Report any maintenance or building concerns to your supervisor.
- Communicate with management and confirm completed work each shift.

- Reliable and consistently arrives on time.
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in producing quality work.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties and operating floor equipment.
- Able to provide a clean criminal record.
- Has reliable transportation to and from the site.
- Has a reliable mobile phone with data for daily communication with management.
