Commercial Installation Lead

:

New Construction and Renovation aluminum door/window installation. Insulated glass sealed units and some custom glass. Installation of other architectural products, hands-on service experience with windows and doors in commercial projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Read blueprints, shop drawings or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures
- Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
- Install doors and windows using hand and power tools
- Glazing
- Prepare and clean up the work area as necessary
- Process consistency
- Follow all health and safety procedures as necessary
- Must be able to work unsupervised
- Strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications:

- Must currently reside in Canada
- Strong customer service skills are a must




- Ability to think rapid on your feet and confidently problem solve on the job site
- Experience installing windows and doors
- Experience with commercial aluminum system
- Able to work independently and/or with a team
- Reliable, independent and organized
- Valid Driver’s License
- Fall arrest training or aerial lift truck knowledge is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, reports)
- Attention to detail and respectful to company property/possessions
- Flexible to perform service jobs when required
- Able to read, understand and perform site measurements
- Blueprint reading
- Follow detailed instructions efficiently and effectively
- Willing to travel

Job Type: Full-time Salary/wage ranges based on your level of experience.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
