Duties

- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and address them promptly.
- Use specialized cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to ensure optimal results across all designated areas.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, supplies used, and any maintenance issues encountered during shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure all client specifications are met consistently.
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing minor fixtures,



or reporting larger repairs needed.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to create a secure environment for staff and visitors alike.

Requirements

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment used in commercial settings.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and bending or kneeling as needed.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results every shift.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and report issues clearly.
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance practices is advantageous but not mandatory; training available.
