Job Overview & Location

- Location: Indoor and Outdoor job sites across Winnipeg, MB.
- Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years
- Transportation: Must be able to travel to and from various worksite locations
- Safety Gear: Steel-toed safety boots required

Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and industrial coatings using brushes, rollers and sprayers
- Perform minor drywall patching and repairs
- Using ladders and scaffolds in a safe manner
- Manage time effectively to complete projects within scheduled deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality

Requirements

- Proven experience with a focus on commercial painting projects
- Skilled in the use of painting equipment and tools

- Putty Knife & Paint Scraper
- 5-in-1 tool and Utility knife
- Multi-head screwdriver
- Personal extension poles
- Pole sanding head
- Caulking gun
- Physical Demands: Ladder/height work, bending, crouching, kneeling & lifting up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
