Agency/Organization Description:

Responsible for helping to fulfill the department’s mission of “Creating lifelong fans one WOW at a time.” The Community Partnerships Associate will contribute to the overall development and implementation of the Community Partnerships strategic plan and participate in developing a community profile for the club in the general market that will support our sales efforts.

Term Length:

September 1st – December 31st, 2026 (with the possibility of extension to fulltime)

The Community Coordinator position includes but is not limited to:

- Scheduling and implementing community and school presentations.
- Assisting on Game Day with set-up/tear down, Kids Club etc.
- Creating and updating sponsorship fulfillment reports
- Assisting with Community Outreach
- Assist with community outreach events as needed

Skills/Qualifications Required:

- University student having completed or working towards the completion of their degree
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills




- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- A willingness to represent the BC Lions brand in the community.
- Robust familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
- A positive attitude in executing hands-on events

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with kids and students
- University Degree
- Class 5 drivers’ license
- Training and Facilitation experience
- Familiarity with A/V equipment
- Comfortable with technology

Special Requirements: Flexibility to work irregular hours eg: evenings and weekends. Access to a vehicle is strong asset.

Compensation:

Approximately $2,900/month
