- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries promptly and professionally using excellent phone etiquette
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Coordinate reservations, transportation arrangements, and special requests with precision and care
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out processes and handle any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a smooth experience
- Maintain a clean,



organized front desk area while managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with hotel staff and service providers to deliver top-tier guest services aligned with hospitality standards

Skills

- Multilingual proficiency; fluency in at least two languages to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Bilingual capabilities are highly preferred to facilitate communication with international guests
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling inquiries professionally
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hotel concierge roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and guest service software tools
- Background in hospitality or hotel industry to understand guest needs and expectations
