We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Finisher/Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality concrete finishing tasks and assisting with various construction activities. Duties

- Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to achieve smooth, level finishes.
- Assist with rebar installation, ensuring reinforcement is correctly placed according to blueprints and schematics.
- Operate heavy machinery such as skid steers, or other construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support carpentry and masonry tasks related to concrete forming, framing, and structural assembly.
- Handle heavy lifting and material transportation while maintaining safety protocols at all times.





Requirements

- Proven construction experience with knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and hand tools.
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with power tools used in concrete work and general construction.
- Skills in rebar installation, carpentry, and concrete forming are highly desirable.
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steers preferred.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites and the ability to follow all safety guidelines diligently.
