Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective condo buyers to understand their needs and preferences. Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase available condo units and highlight key features. Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies and promotional materials.

Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Stay informed about local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information to clients. Coordinate with mortgage brokers, lawyers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction progress using CRM software.

Qualifications Proven experience in condo sales or residential real estate, preferably within the Toronto market Valid real estate license in Ontario (RECO registration) Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and condominium developments Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer service Self motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed Compensation $100,000 - $170,000 CAD Yearly This is a commission based position.

Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and effectively market homes

Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services

Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable homes

3+ years of real estate sales experience
