ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a highly organized Construction Coordinator to oversee the scheduling and coordination of reconstruction projects following property disasters such as floods, fires, mould, wind, and storm damage. This role works closely with project managers, carpenters, trades, suppliers, and homeowners to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and with exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate reconstruction projects from start to finish.

- Schedule employees, subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries.

- Communicate regularly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and project managers.

- Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and documentation.

- Source and order materials while managing supplier relationships.

- Resolve scheduling conflicts and support field teams with project logistics.





- Maintain accurate project files and ensure all required documentation is completed.

Qualifications

- Experience in construction coordination, restoration, or residential/commercial construction.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
