Part-Time Estimator – Exterior Cladding (Division 7)

Beaver Cladding Ltd. is looking for a motivated Part-Time Estimator to join our growing team immediately.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare estimates for Division 7 Exterior Cladding projects.
- Perform material takeoffs from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Review architectural and structural drawings.
- Respond promptly to emails and phone calls.
- Attend occasional job site visits for measurements and project review.
- Coordinate with suppliers for material pricing.
- Use takeoff software such as PlanSwift (or similar estimating software).

Qualifications:

- Experience in construction estimating (Division 7 / exterior cladding preferred).
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Experience with PlanSwift or similar takeoff software.




- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional site visits.

Position Details:

- Part-Time
- Mobile / Work from home

- $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
