AtkinsRéalis is seeking a proactive Senior Landscape Architect with at least 10 years of qualified experience. This role emphasizes leading landscape architecture projects from concept to construction, requiring a strong command of site supervision and a collaborative approach with engineers and planners. Your expertise will ensure design intent compliance while actively engaging in business development and client relations.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead projects from design development to construction completion • Monitor compliance with drawings, specifications,
and municipal standards • Prepare proposals and fee estimates for business development • Develop detailed landscape design concepts and plans • Conduct construction reviews and ensure project documentation
Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture • CSTS 2020 certification or willingness to obtain • Full membership or ability to obtain membership with AALA/CSLA • Minimum 10 years of landscape architecture experience • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
