Robert Boileau Construction is looking to add reliable, hardworking Construction Framers to our team.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, work well as part of a crew, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. Experience is preferred, but we are also willing to consider motivated apprentices who are serious about building a career in the trade.

Responsibilities include:

- Residential and/or commercial wood framing
- Reading and following construction plans and measurements
- Framing floors, walls, roofs and structural components
- Installing sheathing and related materials
- Safely operating hand and power tools
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Working efficiently as part of a crew

What we're looking for:

- Previous framing/construction experience is an asset
- Registered apprentices are welcome to apply
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors




- Comfortable working at heights
- Able to follow direction and work well with others
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred

Ability to commute/relocate

- Cornwall, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:
- Framing carpentry: 1 year (preferred)
- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
