About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, an employee-owned national general contractor with a busy and growing Ontario Buildings group, we are searching for a Construction Manager to lead major ICI projects across the province. This is a chance to own complex, high-value builds from preconstruction through handover, with a team that takes the work seriously and enjoys the ride.

About You The successful candidate will have the following:

carrying builds from preconstruction through closeout. You know the realities of schedule pressure, cost control, and stakeholder management at scale
- You Bring Sector Range, or the Appetite for It. Experience across some of healthcare and long-term care, post-secondary and institutional, food and beverage, or secure and defence environments is a real asset. Just as valuable is the curiosity to move between them and master what each one demands
- You Communicate with Purpose. Clients trust you, trades respect you, and issues do not linger under your watch. You bring clarity when the job gets complex
- You Think Long-Term. You care about mentoring the people around you and building teams that outlast any single project. You want to contribute to something bigger, and to be rewarded for it
