You will be tasked with guiding procurement activities, preparing tender documents, and resolving such issues as delivery delays and supply shortages.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop procurement strategies for construction materials and services • Prepare and manage procurement documentation and contracts • Negotiate and maintain vendor relationships for cost savings • Coordinate project schedules and procurement milestones • Monitor and address issues related to procurement and delivery

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field • Minimum 5 years in construction or residential development • Experience managing procurement and contract administration • Strong negotiation and vendor management expertise • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office
