Role Description The Construction Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role. This position supports day-to-day project activities, including scheduling, coordinating trades and vendors, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation. The role involves regular on-site walkthroughs, communicating with clients, contractors, and internal teams, and resolving issues that may affect scope or schedule.

Coordinator also prepares reports, updates project management systems, and supports compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong Project Coordination skills, including scheduling, documentation,



and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with Construction Project Management and Construction Management processes in commercial or renovation projects.
- Proficiency in Project Management practices such as planning, tracking milestones, and managing timelines.
- Ability to support Budgeting activities, including cost tracking, variance reporting, and assisting with estimates.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and trades; familiarity with building codes and safety standards is an asset.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency with project management and office software (e.g., MS Office, project scheduling tools); experience with construction management software is beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
