Contact Center Automation Engineer – IVR, UI/API Automation, Java, Agile

Skills Required

- Expertise in Contact Center platforms
- IVR/Routing Automation using Cyara, Hammer, etc.
- Automation testing across UI and APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate, etc. – any of them)
- Agent Desktop Automation
- Core Java
- Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities
- Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse), etc.
- Experience working in a structured scaled Agile setting
