Position: Content Analyst (Media & Insights)

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

- Review and assess Gmail inbox architectures, labeling systems, and categorization logic to determine optimization opportunities.
- Provide detailed, structured, and actionable feedback on email organization and user experience.
- Identify recurring patterns in communication workflows to support AI training for better content understanding and prioritization.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of high-quality datasets and evaluation rubrics essential for AI development.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to iterate on AI system outputs and ensure intuitive digital workflows.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the evaluation and feedback process.

Requirements





- Demonstrate robust attention to detail and analytical skills, particularly in digital communication contexts.
- Be familiar with Gmail and best practices for email organization, including labels, filters, and folder structures.
- Have a proven ability to provide clear, structured, and concise written feedback on complex workflows.
- Have experience working in a bilingual or multicultural environment.
- Be comfortable collaborating in a remote, cross-functional team setting.
- Have a passion for technology and a keen interest in digital workflow optimization.
