Contract Procurement Specialist (MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations).

Location: Saskatoon, SK.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid 3/2 schedule.

Contract Length: 8-12 months.

Role Summary:

- Support the development and execution of sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationship strategies for MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), OEM equipment, parts, and technical services.
- Work collaboratively with Category Principals and business stakeholders to deliver value through strategic sourcing initiatives, commercial negotiations, contract optimization, supply assurance, and total cost of ownership improvements.
- Contribute to supplier performance management and support operational readiness objectives.

Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of experience in procurement, contracts, or strategic sourcing.
- Solid contract negotiation experience is required.
- Proven ability to manage and execute contracts independently.

Preferred Industry Experience

- Mining industry experience strongly preferred.
- Oil & Gas industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Parts & Services procurement.
- Understanding of:
- Contract logging and tracking
- Contract spending and spending management
- Commercial and procurement processes
